SECTION 20 - DEPOSIT PAYMENT & REFUNDS (MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS)

  1. Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your order. This deposit is refundable under certain conditions.
  2. Cooling-Off Period: You have 2 business days from the date of your deposit payment to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please notify us in writing.
  3. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 3 business days before the confirmed delivery date.
  4. Non-Refundable Balance: Once the product has shipped, the balance payment is non-refundable.
  5. Late Balance Payment: If the balance is not received by the due date, delivery may be delayed, and storage fees may apply.
  6. Failure to Accept Delivery: If you fail to accept delivery, additional storage fees may apply.
    Exceptions: Deposits are refundable under circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters or government-imposed lockdowns.

SECTION 21 - WARRANTY, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS POLICY

  1. Warranty: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and to have goods repaired for minor issues.
  2. Refunds and Returns: Refunds will be provided for faulty products or if they do not match the description.
  3. Change of Mind: We offer a 30-day change-of-mind policy, excluding made-to-order products like office pods.
  4. Damaged in Transit: Notify us within 5 business days if your product is damaged during transit.
  5. Order Cancellation: Cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

SECTION 22 – DELIVERY PRICING ON PROJECTS AND OFFICEBOOTH PRODUCTS

If OFFICEBOOTH AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is required to quote on delivery and installation, it is done so in good faith based on the information available at the time of quoting. While we strive to adhere to the quoted price, we reserve the right to apply variations in cases where the delivery scope is revised or due to unforeseen circumstances, such as restricted access or high-rise office complexes. Safety is our main priority, and we must adhere to all transport and delivery regulations.

SECTION 23 - SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING CONSENT

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to OFFICEBOOTH AUSTRALIA PTY LTD using photos and videos of completed projects involving our products for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, posting on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. These visuals may contain your business name, logo, or branding. If you wish to opt-out of this consent, please notify us in writing prior to the project’s completion.

SECTION 24 - LEASE AGREEMENT OPTION

We may offer the option to lease any products from our range, subject to terms and conditions outlined in a separate lease agreement. The terms of any lease, including but not limited to the rental period, pricing, and conditions of use, will be agreed upon and documented separately. This lease agreement will be governed by the same terms and conditions of service outlined herein, unless specifically varied within the lease agreement.
