Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Officebooth Australia Pty Ltd want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and proudly stand by the quality of our products. If you experience any issues, please get in touch — customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns & Refunds

  • Stocked Furniture (Desks / Table Tops)

We offer 30-day returns for change of mind or if you're not completely satisfied. Simply return the product to our warehouse for a full refund – no questions asked.

  • Made-to-Order Products (Officebooths/Pods)

As these products are manufactured to your specifications, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once production has commenced or the product has been delivered. However, all made-to-order products are covered under our warranty for any defects. If your circumstances change, we may be able to assist you in securing a buyer for your Officebooth.

Deposit Policy – Made-to-Order Products

To assist with cash flow and confirm your commitment, we offer the option to pay a deposit. Please note the following terms:

  1. Deposit: A deposit is required to secure production. It is refundable only under the specific conditions outlined in your sales contract.
  2. Cooling-Off Period: You have 2 business days from the deposit date to cancel and receive a full refund.
  3. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  4. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date.
  5. Non-Refundable Balance: Once the product has shipped, the balance is non-refundable.
  6. Late Balance Payment: Late payments may cause delivery delays and incur storage fees.
  7. Failure to Accept Delivery: If delivery is not accepted within the allocated time slot, storage fees may apply.

Exceptions: Refunds may be issued for extraordinary circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters or government-imposed lockdowns.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is confirmed, we will process the amount back to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Warranty

Our products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, and repair or replacement for minor defects.

  • OFFICEBOOTH Elevate, Executive, Max   5 YEAR

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Accidental damage
  • misuseImproper installation
  • maintenanceActs of God (e.g. storms, flooding)
  • Normal wear and tear 

Damage in Transit

All deliveries arranged by Officebooth Australia are fully insured. Please inspect your items on arrival. Any damage must be reported within 5 business days to ensure a valid insurance claim can be lodged. Claims submitted after this period may be denied.
